By using our mobile and web application, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

• Acceptance of Terms: By using our application, you affirm that you are of legal drinking age in your jurisdiction and that you agree to these terms and conditions in a sober state of mind, capable of making sound decisions.

• End User License Agreement EULA: Apps from the App Store are licensed, not sold, subject to acceptance of the Standard EULA or Custom EULA. Licenses for Apple Apps are granted by Apple, for Third Party Apps by the Application Provider. You receive a nontransferable license to use the app on Apple-branded products you own. Termination of the Standard EULA occurs upon non-compliance.

• Content: Our application provides utilities to monitor and restrict device activity. The intent is to promote responsible device usage.

• Use of Application: The application is for personal, non-commercial use only. It must not be used for illegal or unauthorized purposes. Transmitting unlawful, offensive, or infringing material is prohibited.

• Copyright and Intellectual Property: Content on our application is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of the content is not allowed without our written permission.

• User-Generated Content: You may submit comments or content through our application. By doing so, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, modify, and display such content.

• Privacy: We prioritize your privacy and comply with applicable laws and regulations regarding data collection and protection. Refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information.

• Third-Party Applications: Logging in through third-party services like Google or Facebook is governed by their respective terms and conditions.

• Web 3 Credentials: If logging in with web 3 credentials, we store only your public wallet address. We are not liable for losses due to mishandling or loss of your web 3 credentials.

• Disclaimer of Warranty: The application is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

• Limitation of Liability: We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages related to the use of our application.

• User Responsibility: Users acknowledge that using the application to restrict access to apps is voluntary. We are not responsible for any outcomes related to this functionality.

• No Encouragement of Illegal Behavior: We do not promote illegal or irresponsible behavior. Users are responsible for their actions and compliance with laws.

• Indemnification: Users will indemnify and hold us harmless against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the use of our application.

• Amendments: We may update these terms and conditions. Continued use of the application after changes means acceptance of the new terms.

• Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, United States. Disputes will be resolved in Delaware courts.These revised terms and conditions aim to clearly define the legal age requirement, state of mind for agreement, user responsibility, and our disclaimer of liability, ensuring users understand their rights and responsibilities.
